All G/F  (we also have 2 separate ‘glutinous’ kitchens available). I specialize in meeting your catering needs on a personal basis.  The type of event and your budget will determine how we approach the foods and service needs you are looking for.  For some events we can deliver or provide pick up platters. From office breakfast and luncheons to full- service weddings,

I will sit down with you or discuss your needs over the phone and determine what the best approach to your event should be.   I can supply Wait Staff and Bartenders, if given sufficient notice.  Some events can be arranged only days prior, but keep in mind that the further advance notice we receive, the better our ability to take care of your party or event.  We are only limited by our imaginations.

Never be afraid to ask; I am sure we can meet your needs together and ensure the success of a family dinner or the company cocktail party or buffet.

Hors d’oeuvres “Hot”


(We have lots of  puff pastry appetizers available, spanikopita, quiche – which can all be prepared in our separate ‘glutinous ‘kitchen,  I will not list them all here, but we can certainly accommodate any pallet)

Sates’ (chicken, shrimp, beef) with coconut curry sauce, peanut curry sauce or soy ginger for dipping
Teriyaki Shrimp with Sesame citrus-Scallion sauce
Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with a touch of tarragon & white wine
Baked Brie with a brown sugar glaze served with apples & crackers
